Class #1 Monday June 4th and class #2 Monday June 11th – organize and plan over 30 culinary herbs as part of your landscape, learn how to use these precious plants in your everyday life. Grow, Cook and Heal. Class #3 Monday June 18th – from the garden to the kitchen, grow 15 delicious Herbal Teas. Learn when to pick, how to dry and how to grow them. Class #4 Monday June 25th – meet the earth’s natural remedies to help relieve symptoms of colds, flu, insomnia, stress, inflammation, etc… learn to make tinctures from fresh garden herbs. Class #5 Monday July 2nd and class #6 July 9th – foods that heal, from the garden to the kitchen, how to put it together for tasty, simple meals to help fight disease. Classes are from 6 to 8:30 pm at 360 Square Lake Road in Saint-André-LeBlanc. Private sessions are available upon request, French classes are on Saturdays.
